Kuzu Zangpo La,

I’m Pema!

"Kuzu zangpo la" is a Dzongkha (national language of Bhutan) phrase that means "hello".

A Toronto-based UX Designer pursuing a Master of Information in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto. I transitioned from crunching numbers to crafting experiences—and I’m still obsessed with making everything add up :)

My Work

Bhutan NDI

Where my journey in all things UX started!

Led the design of Bhutan’s first digital identity platform, empowering citizens with full control of their data. As the world’s first SSI-based national digital identity wallet, it redefines trust, privacy, and accessibility across government, financial, and private sectors.

OverEasy
